OwlChain is currently in a silent data-collection phase. The Discord and Telegram bots are coming soon and are not yet publicly available, and no signals have been published yet. These terms are published in advance and will govern your use of the bots and signals once they launch. Until then, only the public website is available.

By using the OwlChain website — and, once they launch, by adding the OwlChain bot to a Discord server or starting it on Telegram — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

OwlChain provides automated market analysis and predictions for informational purposes only. Nothing OwlChain outputs is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no signal is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Every signal includes an explicit confidence level and the chance it is wrong. Crypto markets are volatile and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions — you decide.

OwlChain is currently provided free of charge, with no tiers, limits, or paywalls. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the bot, API, or website.
• Resell, rebrand, or present OwlChain signals as your own paid product.
• Use the service for anything unlawful or in violation of Discord’s terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that signals will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that data feeds will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwlChain and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or reliance on — the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
