Privacy Policy

OwlChain is currently in a silent data-collection phase. The Discord and Telegram bots are coming soon and are not yet publicly available, and no signals have been published yet. Because there is no live bot to interact with, we are not yet collecting any personal data about users. The sections below describe what limited data we will process once the bots launch — this policy is published in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

OwlChain (“OwlChain”, “we”, “us”) is a free crypto-signal bot for Discord and Telegram and the accompanying website. We are built to collect as little personal data as possible — there is no account to create, no email required, and no payment information ever taken. This policy explains what limited data we do process and why.

Once the bots launch, when you use the OwlChain Discord or Telegram bot we will store only what is needed to deliver signals:

• Your Discord or Telegram user ID and username (to know who to deliver to).
• The coins on your watchlist and your alert preferences (sensitivity, DM/channel, pause state, summary time).
• Server (guild) and channel IDs where you have asked to receive signals, plus a record of which signals were delivered to you.

We do not collect your email address, real name, wallet addresses, payment details, or the contents of your private messages. The website itself does not use tracking cookies.

The data above is used solely to operate the service: matching signals to the coins you chose, routing alerts to the right channel or DM, generating your personal summaries, and computing the public, anonymized track record. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of providers to run OwlChain:

• Discord & Telegram — the platforms the bot will run on (subject to their own privacy policies).
• Hosting providers — used to run the backend, database, and website.
• Market & news data sources — public price feeds and news APIs used to generate signals; these receive no personal data about you.

We keep your watchlist and preferences for as long as you use the bot. If you remove OwlChain from a server, or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal records. Aggregated, anonymized signal-outcome statistics may be retained as part of the public track record.

You can clear your watchlist with /unwatch, pause alerts with /alerts pause, or remove the bot at any time. To request deletion of your stored data, contact us at the email below.
